Where this gets hard

A strategy that assumes skills and capacity the organization doesn't have is a strategy that quietly stalls in execution, no matter how sound the operating model looks on paper. Most leadership teams find this out only after the plan is already behind.

We start with what the strategy actually requires of the workforce: which capabilities need to be built, bought, or borrowed, and whether the culture will support the way the business now needs to operate. Then we build the talent and people-function plan to close that gap deliberately.
